Gold Panning today
Today I went panning and I Panned a little more. Then I panned the stuff I all ready panned, and got this...
Each shiny rock is gold!!!

Gold Panning
EUREKA!!! Gold baby! Yes we did find some gold, but we had some funny experiences trying to get it.
Mark and I decided to go across the river to pan, so we got into our little raft and floated across. Now in the processes I had to jump out and pull. The water was so cold and I couldn't feel my legs so when we got to land my Brother stayed while I went to get the rest of the equipment. Then we found it!!! So we needed to get back across to sort rock from gold. Getting across is a challenge just for one person. So we had to go down the waterfalls to fling us back to the other side we kicked and kicked . We barely reached but we made it.Now don't tell people we don't want the gold rush of 2015!

Todays flashbacks
Today was a teeth chattering 30 degrees in the mountains! However we had a tour about the giant sequoias we learned a bunch of stuff about those giant trees. We also stuffed ourselves at the sequoias restaurant. It was very foggy outside today.
My dad had to drive down a long curvy road and he got beat by a RV!!!
My mom got stuck behind a Walmart truck for a hundred miles.
Mark nearly falls out of his bed (The nest)
Tried to watch "where the wild things are" in Spanish but mark couldn't translate fast enough.
My mom and gramma ate my dads reece's cup.

My mom purchased a book today called "Hey Ranger!!!". It has some of the stories of a park rangers experiences. It is hilarious!
Well I better go pan for gold.

Todays Trees
Hello
Today was a quite relaxed day. We went to see some trees, and they were huge. We also went swimming today. It was probably the coldest water i have ever felt. Today the owner of the b&b hid a golden egg, we looked and looked but couldn't find it. Finally I started messing around in the rocks and I hit a big rock. It was hallow inside there was $40 Today we also drove through a redwood. there was a line of nine cars because someone stopped right underneath the tunnel!!! People were under the bridge messing around.

- Mark stared talking about rich people, then he said "the richest person in the world is Carlos somtin MC duhtin." my mom comments "is that french???"

Yesterdays travels
Yesterday my family did about 16 hours of traveling!!!! Here is a picture of Gramma and I on the plane.

- At McDonald's mark ordered three hotcakes when it came out it was 3 three hotcakes so we had to eat 9 of McDonald's hotcakes.
- There was a guy on the plane that slept through the entire flight (My dad had to go to the bathroom really bad but he couldn't get out)
When we finally got to the river gem the owner gave us a tour, this place is really nice The river is perfect for swimming and gold panning. Today we are just going to go with the flow!
